Our personalized oil blend and root-stimulating lymphatic drainage invigorate your scalp, while we perform a facial sculpting rejuvenating treatment for your skin. At SOLÉI Beauty & Body Spa, your health and well-being are our top priorities. Our Japanese Head Spa services are designed to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. However, it is essential to ensure that these treatments are suitable for you before booking. *Contraindications: Please refrain from booking a Head Spa service if you are currently experiencing any of the following conditions: Scalp Infections or Open Wounds:If you have any cuts, abrasions, or infections on your scalp, this treatment may exacerbate these conditions. Severe Skin Conditions:Individuals with conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, or dermatitis should consult with a healthcare provider before undergoing treatment. Recent Head or Neck Injuries: If you have sustained a recent head or neck injury, this treatment could potentially cause discomfort or further injuries. Fungal Infections or Dandruff: Those with severe dandruff or fungal infections like ringworm should avoid treatment until the condition is resolved. Allergies to Essential Oils: This treatment uses a blend of essential oils that may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Please inform us of any known allergies. Pregnancy: While many essential oils are safe during pregnancy, others may not be. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider before booking this treatment if you are pregnant. Recent Surgeries or Medical Treatments: If you have recently undergone surgery or medical treatment involving the head, neck, or scalp, please consult your doctor before scheduling an appointment. Chronic Headaches or Migraines: If you suffer from chronic headaches or migraines, please consult with your healthcare provider before receiving a Head Spa treatment. Important Notice: If you are currently experiencing any of the above contraindications, we kindly ask you to refrain from booking a Head Spa service at this time. Booking Policy Monday-Saturday 9-5pm ONLY (Saturday hours may vary) If you need a later time, please text (203) 903-8732 Squeeze In Appts & After Hour Appts $30 additional fee ALL Appointments and Deposits MUST BE made online. Please Note Your card on file will be charged the FULL SERVICE FEE + $25 booking fee to be rescheduled if you arrive 10mins late, proper time isnt given to rescedule and/or NO SHOW. You are Booking SOLMARIE All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE MUST BE PAID ONLINE via debit/credit card ONLY (non-negotiable) and are applied to service fee. Remaining service balance MUST BE PAID at time of arrival via Cash/ZELLE/Venmo ONLY!!! (non-negotiable) Credit/Debit Cards will not be accepted in salon Deposits are ONLY accepted ONLINE Checks are NOT accepted. Late Policy: 10 minutes is considered late and must be rescheduled. No Shows: Deposit is lost and MUST pay in full + $25 booking fee to reschedule 48hrs notice REQUIRED to cancel/reschedule ALL appointments. If proper time isn't given an ADDITIONAL $25 deposit is required.
To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $75. If you are running late to your appointment, please call us as soon as possible, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
