Remaining service balance MUST BE PAID at time of arrival via Cash/ZELLE/Venmo ONLY!!! (non-negotiable) Credit/Debit Cards will not be accepted in salon Deposits are ONLY accepted ONLINE Checks are NOT accepted. Late Policy: 10 minutes is considered late and must be rescheduled. No Shows: Deposit is lost and MUST pay in full + $25 booking fee to reschedule 48hrs notice REQUIRED to cancel/reschedule ALL appointments. If proper time isn't given an ADDITIONAL $25 deposit is required.
To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $75. If you are running late to your appointment, please call us as soon as possible, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
